Lets Talk Teams at Motogp and More to chinwagwithme About...

Not long now folks....

So I guess your wondering if someone has stolen my profile picture, well, let me explain.....

I have been writing on the kinja site for over a year now and I have never in all the time I have written on the site had any comments from my followers. Now don't you find that odd? I have many followers now via Twitter, Instragram, Facebook, Pinterest and my tlcs.hubpages.com and I find it absolutely amazing that not one person has added a comment! I want you all to get involved, this site enables you to leave comments which I will have great pleasure in responding too.

Hence my setting up a new blog.

Now, everything is the same except the website address and possibly adverts appearing which you can either ignore or click on if you are interested in them the choice is yours.

Anyway, I hope that explains everything to you and I am still trying to find my way around this site so please forgive any problems.

Moving on,

Positive writing about anything and everything is what you will find on this site and if you come in you will leave with no negativity I hope!

So here we have it, the Motogp line up for this season and it's gonna be a good one!

As I have said in previous posts I really think that Maverick Vinales is going to give Valentino a run for his money this year. With the Doctor at his heels he will be wanting to give it his best shot. I have read somewhere that the team is extremely positive and ready to rock and roll.

So, not long now then Rossi, the wait will soon be over and you can get out there on your new fab bike, enjoy the ride and come back with the 10th title as your fans are hoping like you you will achieve it.

Total respect is what me and your fans all have for you.

Here are the race meet dates again for everyone just in case you haven't jotted them down yet.

Other than fiddling about with my computer and trying to set up this new account I have had a little time in the suntop and up at the greenhouse, the weather has been freezing and not very encouraging for the gardeners in us ehh. I decided that I must get out and do some more seeding and see whether anything had appeared.

In the suntop...

Really pleased with the sweetpeas, just can't believe that they are alive. The suntop must contain it's little amount of heat well because the plants are continuing to grow. So pleased.....

Now the leeks haven't appeared yet, although as you can see below there are just little dots appearing above the soil.

Won't be long now, just needs a little more sunshine to bring them right out.

Thought you may be interested in how I water the little seedlings, so, I use an old window cleaner bottle for the trays which just need a little spray and then I use the old washing up bottle to squirt around the plants that have already appeared, making sure not to touch the delicate leaves. Works a treat.
Trays are still all covered, hopefully next week the temperature will improve and as soon as they show their little heads I can remove the covers.
Now going back to the sweet peas, I checked under the pots and as you can see the roots are growing nicely, I won't pot them on until the weather warms a little to give them the best chance possible to grow on.

So, I wanted to do some sowing today and filled some more trays with compost ready. What I do is firm the soil down and then use another tray pressing it down on top to level it, I then water the trays before sowing.
I have to go up to the allotment, so will leave these trays for a moment and come back to them a bit later to sow.

Although it's very cold I have persuaded hubby to walk up to the allotment with me to check the seeds that I sowed a few weeks ago, I'm sure that they wouldn't have appeared yet but a little spray of water wouldn't go a miss.

At the allotment.....

Gosh it's so cold up at the allotment today, but a real pleasure to be here anyway.

Below are the broad beans and they are coming on lovely, every week I take a piccy of them and they are growing really well. Nature is such a wonderful thing, you wouldn't think for one minute that they would grow or stay alive in the cold.

The garlic too continues to grow, it's too cold for me to do anywork on the beds today but can't wait for a bit of sunshine and then I will de-weed.
The onion bed too is showing more signs of the bulbs taking, I'll attack this too when the weather brightens up.
Gosh it looks cold in the piccies.
Now in the greenhouse, nothing has appeared, and to be honest with you I didnt expect anything to have raised it's head, so, I gave each tray and pot a little spray and then recovered them. Fingers crossed I haven't sown the seeds to soon.
Back in the suntop....

After a lovely walk back from the allotment I decided to go and finish off what I started earlier and sowed some more seeds.

So we now have in the suntop sweet peas, leeks, cauliflower, peppers, tomatoes, melon and cucumbers. As I said in a previous post I am testing the water at the moment, I want to see how well the seeds do in the greenhouse at the allotment and in the suntop. Although planted at different times which I'll go into at a later date when we have comparisons between the two the only other difference is the water that I have used. I have used tap water in the suntop and I have used water from the water butt at the allotment. Gonna be interesting to see what the differences are.

That's another load of sowing done, just have to watch this space now to see what the outcomes are....

Back to Motogp....

Will this bike prove to be the one that gets Rossi his 10th title? What do you think?

That's me done for now folks, so here it goes, I'm gonna press that Publish button! I hope that the blog looks good and I hope that I can share it with all of you my followers, if it doesn't work your know because my next blog will be back with Kinja.

Ride safe my friends and enjoy the allotment you budding allotmenteers if you have the chance to go this week.

Until laters....
